Am I able to hang poster prints?

If you chose one of our pre-framed poster print options, then yes! They're as easy to hang as you can imagine, as soon as they arrive.

DIY isn't your thing? Don't worry... Even our accountant can hang these with ease (and he's much more of a spreadsheets than a hammer man).

If it’s just a poster print you’re after, then we recommend using command strips, as they are great for hanging posters. They're easy to stick and remove and they're an easy way to hang posters without damaging any paint.

If I’m looking for a size not listed, would you be able to offer a custom size?

Because we've fine-tuned our poster printing processes to offer the best quality prints, delivered quickly and at a price you'll love---we currently don't offer custom sizes. But we're working hard to bring you these in the future, so please check back regularly.

What we already do offer is a huge range of standard sizes that should suit your every need, so get in touch if you'd like to know which size is right for your photo.

I have a photo I would like to upload, but I’m unsure if it’s high enough quality?

Our easy-to-use website will instantly determine the quality of your photo before ordering---so you can only choose sizes compatible with your image quality with full peace of mind that the finished print will look great. This will help eliminate pixilation and ensure only the highest quality printed image on your poster print.

Which inks and print process do you use?

We love our Ultrachrome HDR inkjet printers, and we think you will too. They provide a wide tonal range, which gives industry-leading high colour accuracy, greater subtly and smoother graduations.

We also use genuine HP Vivera inks and a class-leading 12 colour print process that creates over 72 million vibrant colours. We've created a digital printing method that we believe is the best you can find---to perfectly capture your image on paper.

Which image file types do you support?

We accept JPEG, TIFF, PNG, HEIC and HEIF image files.

What is the largest file size I can upload?

Our website supports files up to 30 MB. If you have a larger-sized image, please get in touch and we'd love to help.

What is your privacy policy regarding the use of my images?

Your images will always be completely safe with us.

We will never use, sell, or print any of your images. If you'd like us to delete your images after you've received your print---please let us know and we'll do it right away.

What size file is required to manufacture the best quality print?

We work with all image sizes to try and get the best possible finish. But we’d recommend a file that’s at least 1MB in size.

How should I colour manage my photos? What colours space should I be editing my images in?

We recommend using Adobe RGB 1998. Please ensure your display device can display this colour space in full and is calibrated using a spectrophotometer.

Returns and Refunds

What happens if my print was damaged on arrival?

Transit issues are rare, but they do happen from time to time. If you've received a damaged or faulty poster print, please get in touch immediately (within 14 days) and we'll treat your issue seriously. Any items that have been damaged in transit will be replaced immediately for free.

What happens if I'm not happy with my poster print?

If for any reason you are not happy with your item, please simply get in touch within 14 days of receipt. We're sure that you'll love your poster print, but all purchases come with a full money-back guarantee to give you extra peace of mind.

How long will it take until I receive my poster print?

All orders will be delivered in 1 working day. We will get it to you faster than the speed of light. Well, not quite... But faster than any other custom poster and print service!

Has my order been placed?

In your confirmation email from us, you will receive a confirmation email. Inside will be a tracking number for the product. Use this on the specified courier page to see the status of your order

Is it possible to change the delivery address on my order?

Yes---if your order has not been dispatched. Get in touch with our customer service team and submit a request to change your delivery address.

Can I enter a discount / promotional code?

Yes! When you’ve added your order, you get the opportunity to enter a code at the checkout page. You can find this above your order subtotal
