We’ve fine-tuned our photo canvas printing processes to offer the best quality prints, delivered quickly and at a price you'll love. However, we currently don't offer custom sizes. But we're working hard to bring you these in the future, so please check back regularly.

Our easy-to-use website will instantly determine the quality of your photo before ordering---so you can only choose sizes compatible with your image quality with full peace of mind that the finished print will look great. We love our Ultrachrome HDR inkjet printers, and we think you will too. They provide a wide tonal range, which gives industry-leading high colour accuracy, greater subtly and smoother graduations.

We also use genuine HP Vivera inks and a class-leading 12 colour print process that creates over 72 million vibrant colours. We've created a digital printing method that we believe is the best you can find---to perfectly capture your image on canvas.

We accept JPEG, TIFF, PNG, HEIC and HEIF image files.

Our website supports files up to 30 MB. If you have a larger-sized image, please get in touch and we'd love to help.

Your images will always be completely safe with us.

We will never use, sell, or print any of your images. If you'd like us to delete your images after you've received your print---please let us know and we'll do it right away.

We work with all image sizes to try and get the best possible finish. But we’d recommend a file that’s at least 1MB in size.

We recommend using Adobe RGB 1998. Please ensure your display device can display this colour space in full and is calibrated using a spectrophotometer.

Transit issues are rare, but they do happen from time to time. If you've received a damaged or faulty canvas print, please get in touch immediately (within 14 days) and we'll treat your issue seriously. Any items that have been damaged in transit will be replaced immediately for free.

If for any reason you are not happy with your item, please simply get in touch within 14 days of receipt. We're sure that you'll love your canvas print, but all purchases come with a full money-back guarantee to give you extra peace of mind.

In your confirmation email from us, you will receive a confirmation email. Inside will be a tracking number for the product. Use this on the specified courier page to see the status of your order. 

Yes---if your order has not been dispatched. Get in touch with our customer service team and submit a request to change your delivery address.

Yes! When you’ve added your order, you get the opportunity to enter a code at the checkout page. You can find this above your order subtotal.

All our orders are shipped within 1 business day. After 1 business day please check the tracking number attached to your email confirmation and get in contact with us.

We choose to use Royal Mail and Hermes for our UK orders and FedEx for our international orders.
