Canvas Print Delivery
Next day delivery is offered completely FREE with your order. Once we’ve prepared your print and packaged them for delivery, we’ll send you a notification of dispatch so you know your print or prints are on their way.
All canvas prints are delivered in secure packaging that is designed to stop items bending and protect them from the elements. For maximum security, each print is individually wrapped and insulated. At Parrot Print we respect the environment, so we try to find the right balance between wrapping your items securely and not using excess packaging. Our packaging is also made from recycled cardboard.
I need my canvas by delivered by a certain date, what do I do?
We understand that many of our customers transfer images to canvas to give as gifts or to mark special occasions, so we built the expected delivery date into the checkout process. From pressing submit on your order through to delivery to your door, you can expect your print to be with you as soon as 2-3 days with express delivery or 5-7 days for standard delivery. You can also choose to send your prints to a different address to where your payment card or PayPal account is registered, allowing you to send gifts direct.
Our unique website checkout process will accurately show you the expected delivery date for your order. If you’d like to receive your order sooner than the FREE standard delivery estimate, you may need to add our express shipping option.
Tracking your canvas print delivery
We send you a dispatch confirmation and tracking ID when we ship your order, which includes all the necessary tracking information. Parcelforce can also keep you updated on your parcel’s shipping status. If you’re having trouble finding your tracking ID, get in contact and let us know..
Parrot Print Returns Policy
From the moment you place your order through to delivery, we aim to make the process as hassle-free for you as possible. We use trusted couriers to deliver our products and take all complaints of damage seriously. Please inform us within 14 days of receipt if your print(s) do not arrive as you’d expect and we’ll be happy to replace them completely free of charge.
